studied and fostered for years by Panyu District Agricultural &
Science Institute. In October,2001, it was called as ¡°the Famous
Product of Chinese International Agriculture Fair¡±. It is randomly
sampled by the Inspection & Test Center of Fresh Water Fish of
Ministry of Agriculture, the authority department appointed by the
international agricultural Fair Promotion institution, and its
breeding technology at the Service Center has reached leading level
domestically. The Yushan brand Aoni Fish is a random breed between
Niluoluofei Fish and Aoliyaluofei Fish, and has the unified merit of
high male ratio, quick growth,rare diseases, resistance polyphagous,
cultivate and catch easily, meat of high quality. It takes fry just
hatch only about 5 months to grow to 1 Jin, and normally we get
1ton per - mu yield yearly. The quality of Aoni fry depends on its
parents¡¯ purity. The Panyu Agriculture & Science Institute has
been on scientific study and produced Aoni Fish for 15 years. The
laboratory achievements of ¡°purify Aoni Fish¡¯s parentsraise, the male
